TBYB is an independent publication for readers in Singapore, published by Olano. We publish researched guides and practical explanations, and tell readers where our information comes from.
How we research
We start with original sources such as organisers, venue operators, government agencies and developers. Time-sensitive information is dated, and links sit beside the claims they support. A source-check date describes that review; it does not promise that availability or opening hours cannot change.
What we have—and have not—experienced
Our current guides are desk research and original practical guidance. We do not present them as visits, interviews or hands-on tests. Fictional examples are labelled. If we publish firsthand reporting, we will explain what was done and by whom.
AI-assisted work
We use AI tools to assist research, drafting and website production. That does not make an unsupported claim reliable. Our publishing standard requires checking factual claims against sources, distinguishing evidence from examples and reviewing the finished page. We do not invent expert quotes, reporter identities or customer results.
Photographs and commercial relationships
Photographs include source credits. Illustrative stock images are labelled and should not be mistaken for a named event, product test or development. A link to an official provider is for verification, not evidence of a partnership. Paid placements or affiliate relationships must be disclosed if introduced.
Our publisher’s own guides
Olano, which publishes TBYB, also writes practical guides of its own. When one of our articles adapts ideas from them, a closing note says so and links the original. The article is written for our readers, does not recommend Olano’s products and follows the same standards as any other guide.
Measuring what helps readers
To learn which guides are useful, we count page views and simple reading signals, such as time on the page, how far it is read and which links are followed. We use our own measurement without cookies or advertising trackers, do not store IP addresses and do not count browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The results guide revisions and corrections; they are not sold or shared. See the privacy notice.
Corrections and updates
If a detail is wrong or has changed, include the page URL, the specific claim and a reliable source when contacting us. Send editorial corrections to hello@olano.ai. We assess corrections against the evidence and update the affected content. We do not promise a response time or continuous live monitoring.
